Our two weeks with Naomi have been game changing! At ten months our son (and us!) was struggling to kick the night feed and multiple wake ups. Having run out of ideas, getting exhausted and anxious about dealing with midnight wake ups and reliant on feeding him back to sleep we reached out to Naomi for help. Everything we thought sleeping training would be…it wasn’t! With Naomi’s help we identified where we could make tweaks to bedtime routine and learnt tactics on how to respond during the night to ensure all of us got back to sleep calmly and quickly. Naomi was on hand every step of the way, always positive, without judgement and full of knowledge to empower us to make the changes. Our time sleep training with Naomi has been life changing! Having our daughter so dependent on her dummy and transitioning into her own room just seemed impossible but I genuinely can’t believe it. It’s like we have a different baby. She’s now sleeping all night with no dummy in her own room at 6 months old having been highly dependent on a dummy, but she’s so happy all the time now and sleeping amazingly through the day too. We began working with Naomi when our son was 7 months old primarily for support with naps as he would fight his cot naps and favoured the pram or car. We were also on two feeds per night through habitual wake ups which was affecting his daytime eating and we rarely had a wake up after 6am.
Initially Jude proved a bit of a test against the methods, and we really did have to apply the techniques consistently over several weeks.
With Naomi’s support and implementing the tools she gave us, we are now seeing Jude sleep through the night consistently with just a dream feed to see him through. Thankfully most wake ups are also past 6am now too.
We have seen good progress with his cot naps and whilst this is still a work in progress as he learns to connect his sleep cycles, it’s nice to now have the option of using the cot for his later naps, which wasn’t much of an option two months ago.
Naomi has been very supportive and went over and above to ensure we got the results we wanted.
Our son would only sleep if one of us laid down with him in his bed, including his naps. He was due to start at a Nursery soon and I just couldn’t imagine him sleeping there. Naomi has provided us with support and advice throughout our journey and our son now self settles in his bed…alone! Something I didn’t think would ever be possible! Naomi was, and is, completely invested in us and provided us with techniques and methods that we can use now and in the future.
I know it’s been a few weeks since we finished the sleep training, but I just wanted to say again – I can’t believe how much it’s changed everything! She’s amazing at going to sleep and in general she’s a much happier child!! Thank you so much!
I contacted Naomi to see if she could help with our babies sleep. He was 10.5months when I contacted Naomi and waking anywhere between 6-9 times in the night. Myself and my husband were so concerned our little one wasn’t getting the quality sleep he needed it was a no brainier to invest in Naomi’s expertise. I was really worried before speaking to Naomi, as a Mum it was daunting trusting someone with something so vital for my baby. I was also apprehensive of sleep training as I had a negative association thinking it would be suggested to leave him to ‘cry it out’ which I wouldn’t be able to do and knew I could only commit to sleep training if I could comfort my baby. I needn’t worry from the first phone call Naomi was so reassuring and passionate in her methods I already felt at ease. Naomi emphasised how we would still very much be meeting his needs, and there was of course some elements of crying but I could absolutely comfort and respond to him but in an effective way. My baby also has had some difficulties with weaning so it was essential for me to still be able to offer him milk that he needed, Naomi took this on board and tailored our programme suitably. My little boy at no times was abandoned, or distressed and his needs were met and I quickly saw the improvement from just night two in his sleep. At the end of week 1 the results were incredible just two dream feeds and completely settled inbetween ‘catching little dreams’. At this point myself and Naomi decided I could continue without using some calls I had left and Naomi has kindly banked them for me should I need them in the future. We have just come to the end of week two and he is slept through the night and with just one dreamfeed at 10am. Naomi has been so kind and accessible throughout when I’ve had ‘quick questions’ via WhatsApp. She has responded quickly and has never made me feel a nuisance. Thank you Naomi for what you’ve done for our little one and our sleep! What a credit you are to sleep training.
To be honest I never believed in sleep training. I had already formed an opinion about it before I knew what it was. My previous understanding was that you just leave a baby to cry. But the approach is gentle and reasonable and the short term crying that I personally experienced was never traumatic. Although it was very difficult the first and second night by night 3 she was almost sleeping through.
In less then a week she was sleeping through and self settling. Amazing!

What if it doesn't work?
It works! If my sleep programmes are followed through consistently then the sleep training will work. These are proven techniques.
How long will it take?
A behavioural intervention can resolve a baby or young child's sleep challenges in as little as 1-3 nights or it could take 4-6 weeks. Most families see a vast improvement within the first 7-10 days. There are a number of variables that can determine the speed of progress, particularly consistency and we will discuss this during our consultation to ensure you get the best results.
Will my baby cry?
All babies (and young children) cry. It is how they communicate. Anyone offering a no-cry sleep training is suggesting your baby stops communicating! We help you to read the cries and understand what the needs are and we offer suitable responses so you are never ignoring any cries. Responding to your child’s cries in an appropriate way ensures their needs are met throughout the sleep training.
